Making a booking is as easy as one two three (literally). Just use the calculator below.

- Choose Nadi Airport as departure point, and then select your resort area
The price will then display, and you can click the button to make a booking. Easy! On the booking form, you will be able to give additional information regarding arrival times, flight number, excess baggage and so forth.
Please note: Payment is NOT Taken at this time, it is made on arrival in Fiji when we pick you up. That means you don’t have to worry about giving your credit card details online.

Transfers Terms & Conditions
Sole Use Vehicle / Private Vehicle (SUV) (Quote per Vehicle)
- SUV refers to a private charter vehicle for the movement of passengers. Passengers are able to change or amend pick up time and drop off time by giving 24 hours’ notice.
- This is a 24/7 service. For SUV/PRVT bookings of 2+ pax, a quote does need to be obtained prior to confirmation by emailing info@pvvtravel.com . Bookings of up to 7 passengers, is available on a free-sell basis.
Confirmed bookings requires:
- Passenger name
- Passenger number details – number of adults / child / infants
- Age of kids if travelling for child / baby car seat purposes
- Arrival and departure flight details including dates & times
- Arrival and departure location IE Hotel, Resort, Port
- Services required SUV
- Any additional requirements such as flowers leis / bottled water / baby car seat /excess luggage / surfboards / wheel chair / sporting equipment. Charges do apply as per the rates schedule.
Payment Policy to secure your booking.
- We accept payment for your service by credit card.
- 15% Non-Refundable deposit required to secure your booking and balance payable at your arrival.
No-shows & Cancellation Policy.
- Bookings cancelled 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Postponements due to flight or marine operator delays can be rebooked for later date.
- Any payment made relating to travel service is non-refundable.
Finding Us on Arrival at the Nadi International Airport
Upon arriving at Nadi International Airport, clear immigration, pick up your luggage, and pass through Customs. After exiting Customs, head to the Fiji Airports Limited Customer Help Desk for directions to our location. Ask for PVV TOURS & RENTALS and they will direct to our drivers. Our driver will be waiting you at the buss loading zone, where they will have your name on a signboard. After verifying your identity with your name, you will be escorted to your vehicle for airport transfers and car hire.
