Please note that making a booking with PVV Group does not automatically guarantee your reservation. Payment for your accommodation, tours, airport transfers, and car rental services is made directly to us upon your arrival by cash or credit card, unless prepaid in advance.

As no payment is collected at the time of booking, your reservation is not fully guaranteed until payment has been received.

If you would like to guarantee your booking before arrival, please provide your correct email address and we will send you a secure online payment link. You may choose from the following payment options:

• 100% Payment: Pay the full amount to confirm and guarantee your reservation.
• 50% Deposit: Pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival by cash or credit card.

Please note that a 5% bank processing fee applies to all online and credit card payments.

If you require an airport transfer outside our complimentary shuttle schedule, you may also prepay for the transfer at the time of booking. Prepayment guarantees your airport pick-up or drop-off at your requested time.
