Please allow up to 45 minutes waiting time for other arriving guests when using our FREE AIRPORT PICK-UP service. You also have the option to book an express airport pick-up service as outlined below

FREE AIRPORT PICK-UP

Airport Pick-Up Times

• Morning:
  5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Evening:
  5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Any pick-up outside these hours can be arranged at an additional cost of F$25.00, payable directly to PVV Nadi Airport Apartment.

Airport Drop-Off Times

• Morning:
  8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Afternoon:
  12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Any drop-off outside these hours can also be arranged at an additional cost of F$25.00, payable directly to PVV Nadi Airport Apartment.

This helps PVV to decide whether to send a car or van.

Express Pick-Up (Payable at Hotel)

If you prefer an express transfer without waiting time, we can arrange a private shuttle service for F$25.00 per vehicle, one way.

Early Check-In – Subject to Availability / Day Room 

If your flight arrives early and the normal check-in time is 2:00 PM, we are happy to offer a day room package, subject to availability. The day room rate includes airport pick-up service.

Rates start from F$70.00 to F$195.00 depending on room type and availability.

Late Check-Out / Day Room

If your flight departs after the normal check-out time of 11:00 AM, we are happy to offer a day room package, subject to availability. The day room rate includes airport drop-off service.

Transfers to Nadi Town or Port Denarau

If your required transfer time falls outside our scheduled shuttle hours, we can arrange an in-house taxi service:

• Nadi Town:
  Approximately F$25.00 – F$40.00 per taxi, one way
• Port Denarau: Approximately F$30.00 – F$55.00 per vehicle, one way

(Maximum capacity: 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children)

Meeting the PVV Driver at Nadi International Airport

Upon arrival at Nadi International Airport, please clear Immigration, collect your luggage, and proceed through Customs.

After exiting Customs, head towards the Fiji Airports Limited Customer Help Desk for directions to meet the PVV driver. Alternatively, our driver will be waiting at the bus loading zone outside the Tewaka office holding a signboard
with your name.

Once your identity is confirmed, you will be escorted to your vehicle for your airport transfer, PVV Apartment stay, or PVV Car Hire service.
