First Landing is a 3-star resort, located directly on a sandy beach and offering beautiful views of the nearby Mamanuca Islands. This resort offers traditional bungalow-style accommodations and friendly service. There are 36 spacious ‘bures’ (bungalows) and villas at the resort, all of which have been decorated in a colorful island style. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the restaurant overlooking the sea. A wide range of international food, including many local dishes and fresh seafood is also offered here throughout the day.
Guests at First Landing Beach Resort & Villas will find plenty of activities on offer, including Fijian cooking classes, garden walks and crab racing. Island cruises, snorkeling and dolphin watching can all be arranged too plus there is a children’s club.
ONE BEDROOM GARDEN VILLAS – have one bedroom with ensuite that is also accessible by a second door from the lounge. There is a bathtub with shower in the ensuite in some Villas. The lounge has a fold out double “Murphy” bed. There is a lounge suite & dining table with flat screen Cable TV. The kitchen which is part of the lounge has a cook top, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, full size fridge and all cooking and serving utensils. There is a washer & dryer. There is a covered veranda leading to the private pool with a table & chairs, day bed and sun lounges or fold out sofa bed. Tropical gardens surround the pool in a private court yard. Some of these villas are behind the two bedroom beach villas and just a short stroll to the beach. BBQ stands are available on request.

  • All rates are based on single, double or twin share occupancy
  • Check-in time: not before 2:00pm
  • Check-out time: no later than 11:00am. Additional charges may apply after this time.
  • Child age is 12 years inclusive. Two ( 2 ) children sharing a room with their parents will be accommodated  free of charge.
  • Accommodation  are subject to availability unless an allocation has been prior  approved.
  • For guests staying at PVV AFFORDABLE HOME STAYS we  to  offer  a complimentary transfer service from Nadi International Airport. We require arrival details at the time of reservation. There may be occasions when this is not possible and we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Payment Policy to secure your booking. 

  • We accept payment for your service by credit card. 
  • 15% Non-Refundable deposit required to secure your booking and balance payable at your arrival.

No-shows & Cancellation Policy.

  • Bookings cancelled 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Postponements due to flight or marine operator delays can be rebooked for later date.
  • Any payment made relating to travel service is non-refundable.
